1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of StreetStride ("StreetStride", "we", "our", or "the app"). By downloading, accessing, or using StreetStride, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use StreetStride on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules and the App Store terms that apply to you.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or misuse the app except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be waived.
3. Fitness Safety and No Medical Advice
- Consult a qualified medical professional before starting or changing an exercise program.
- Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or unusual discomfort.
- Use care when running on a treadmill and follow the safety instructions for your equipment.
- Do not use StreetStride in a way that distracts you from your body, surroundings, or treadmill controls.
- Do not use the app for outdoor navigation while running in traffic or unsafe conditions.
Distance, pace, calories, route coverage, and timing information may be estimated and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for your health, decisions, and safe use of the app.
4. App Features
StreetStride can help you create routes, preview Google Street View imagery, simulate movement through routes, save local run history, track goals and achievements, write workouts to Apple Health if you allow it, and share route or run summaries. Features may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable.
Street View coverage, place search, and directions depend on third-party data and network availability. We do not guarantee that any route, place result, map, panorama, or route coverage estimate will be available, accurate, current, complete, or safe.
5. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Free Usage
StreetStride may offer free usage limits and paid subscriptions for premium features. Subscription prices, billing periods, trial availability, renewal terms, and included features are shown in the app and in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm a purchase.
- Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
- We may change free limits, premium features, or prices where permitted by App Store rules and applicable law.
6. Third-Party Services and Terms
StreetStride uses Google Maps Platform for maps, place search, directions, Street View imagery, and route coverage functionality. By using features that depend on Google Maps Platform, you acknowledge that Google's terms and policies may apply.

StreetStride is distributed through Apple's App Store and uses Apple services such as StoreKit, HealthKit, Keychain, Photos, and system permissions. Apple's App Store terms, Usage Rules, and privacy practices may apply to your use of those services.
7. Intellectual Property
StreetStride, including its app design, code, brand elements, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Google Maps, Google Street View, map data, place data, directions data, and panorama imagery are owned by Google or its licensors and are subject to Google's terms.
8. Your Content and Sharing
You are responsible for anything you choose to share from StreetStride, including screenshots, route summaries, and workout summaries. Do not share content that violates someone else's rights, exposes sensitive personal information, or breaks applicable law.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreetStride is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, compatible with every device, or available in every location.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, health-related incidents, personal injury, lost profits, or service interruptions arising from or related to your use of StreetStride.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
11. Apple App Store Terms and EULA
If you download StreetStride from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless StreetStride provides a valid custom EULA through App Store Connect. These Terms apply in addition to Apple's applicable terms. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for StreetStride except as required by applicable law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to StreetStride if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or if we discontinue the app or a feature. You may stop using StreetStride at any time.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of StreetStride after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region provide otherwise.

1. Chấp nhận điều khoản
Các Điều khoản sử dụng này điều chỉnh việc bạn sử dụng StreetStride. Khi tải, truy cập hoặc sử dụng ứng dụng, bạn đồng ý với các Điều khoản này. Nếu không đồng ý, vui lòng không sử dụng ứng dụng.
2. Giấy phép sử dụng app
Với điều kiện bạn tuân thủ Điều khoản này, chúng tôi cấp cho bạn quyền sử dụng cá nhân, giới hạn, không độc quyền, không chuyển nhượng và có thể bị thu hồi để sử dụng StreetStride trên thiết bị Apple mà bạn sở hữu hoặc kiểm soát, phù hợp với Usage Rules của Apple và điều khoản App Store áp dụng cho bạn.
Bạn không được sao chép, sửa đổi, dịch ngược, phân phối lại, bán, cho thuê, cấp phép lại hoặc lạm dụng ứng dụng, trừ khi pháp luật áp dụng cho phép.
3. An toàn khi tập luyện và không phải tư vấn y tế
- Hãy hỏi ý kiến chuyên gia y tế trước khi bắt đầu hoặc thay đổi chương trình tập.
- Dừng tập ngay nếu bạn thấy đau, chóng mặt, khó thở hoặc khó chịu bất thường.
- Cẩn thận khi chạy trên máy chạy bộ và làm theo hướng dẫn an toàn của thiết bị.
- Không dùng StreetStride theo cách làm bạn mất tập trung vào cơ thể, môi trường xung quanh hoặc nút điều khiển máy chạy.
- Không dùng app để điều hướng ngoài trời khi chạy gần giao thông hoặc trong điều kiện không an toàn.
Quãng đường, tốc độ, calories, độ phủ lộ trình và thời gian có thể chỉ là ước tính và có thể không chính xác. Bạn chịu trách nhiệm về sức khỏe, quyết định và việc sử dụng ứng dụng an toàn.
4. Tính năng app
StreetStride có thể giúp bạn tạo lộ trình, xem trước hình ảnh Google Street View, mô phỏng di chuyển, lưu lịch sử chạy cục bộ, theo dõi mục tiêu và thành tích, ghi workout vào Apple Health nếu bạn cho phép, và chia sẻ tóm tắt lộ trình hoặc buổi chạy. Tính năng có thể thay đổi, gián đoạn hoặc không còn khả dụng.
Độ phủ Street View, tìm địa điểm và chỉ đường phụ thuộc vào dữ liệu bên thứ ba và kết nối mạng. Chúng tôi không đảm bảo bất kỳ lộ trình, kết quả địa điểm, bản đồ, panorama hay ước tính độ phủ nào luôn khả dụng, chính xác, hiện hành, đầy đủ hoặc an toàn.
5. Subscription, mua hàng và dùng miễn phí
StreetStride có thể cung cấp giới hạn dùng miễn phí và subscription trả phí cho tính năng premium. Giá, chu kỳ thanh toán, trial, điều kiện gia hạn và tính năng kèm theo được hiển thị trong app và màn xác nhận mua của App Store trước khi bạn xác nhận.
- Mua hàng được Apple xử lý thông qua Apple ID của bạn.
- Subscription tự động gia hạn trừ khi bạn hủy ít nhất 24 giờ trước khi kết thúc kỳ hiện tại.
- Bạn có thể quản lý hoặc hủy subscription trong cài đặt subscription của Apple ID.
- Yêu cầu hoàn tiền do Apple xử lý theo chính sách App Store.
- Chúng tôi có thể thay đổi giới hạn miễn phí, tính năng premium hoặc giá nếu được App Store và pháp luật cho phép.
6. Dịch vụ và điều khoản bên thứ ba
StreetStride sử dụng Google Maps Platform cho bản đồ, tìm địa điểm, chỉ đường, hình ảnh Street View và chức năng độ phủ lộ trình. Khi sử dụng các tính năng phụ thuộc vào Google Maps Platform, bạn thừa nhận điều khoản và chính sách của Google có thể được áp dụng.

StreetStride được phân phối qua App Store của Apple và sử dụng StoreKit, HealthKit, Keychain, Photos và quyền hệ thống. Điều khoản App Store, Usage Rules và chính sách bảo mật của Apple có thể áp dụng.
7. Sở hữu trí tuệ
StreetStride, bao gồm thiết kế app, mã nguồn, yếu tố thương hiệu và nội dung gốc, thuộc sở hữu của chúng tôi hoặc bên cấp phép. Google Maps, Google Street View, dữ liệu bản đồ, địa điểm, chỉ đường và hình ảnh panorama thuộc sở hữu của Google hoặc bên cấp phép của Google và chịu điều khoản của Google.
8. Nội dung bạn chia sẻ
Bạn chịu trách nhiệm với nội dung mình chọn chia sẻ từ StreetStride, bao gồm ảnh chụp màn hình, tóm tắt lộ trình và tóm tắt workout. Không chia sẻ nội dung vi phạm quyền của người khác, lộ thông tin nhạy cảm hoặc vi phạm pháp luật.
9. Miễn trừ bảo đảm
Trong phạm vi tối đa pháp luật cho phép, StreetStride được cung cấp "nguyên trạng" và "như sẵn có", không kèm bất kỳ bảo đảm nào. Chúng tôi không bảo đảm app luôn liên tục, không lỗi, chính xác, tương thích với mọi thiết bị hoặc khả dụng ở mọi địa điểm.
10. Giới hạn trách nhiệm
Trong phạm vi tối đa pháp luật cho phép, chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm với thiệt hại gián tiếp, ngẫu nhiên, đặc biệt, hệ quả, mang tính trừng phạt, mất dữ liệu, sự cố liên quan sức khỏe, chấn thương cá nhân, mất lợi nhuận hoặc gián đoạn dịch vụ phát sinh từ việc bạn sử dụng StreetStride.
11. Điều khoản App Store và EULA của Apple
Nếu bạn tải StreetStride từ App Store, Licensed Application End User License Agreement tiêu chuẩn của Apple sẽ được áp dụng trừ khi StreetStride cung cấp custom EULA hợp lệ qua App Store Connect. Các Điều khoản này áp dụng bổ sung cho điều khoản của Apple.
12. Chấm dứt
Chúng tôi có thể tạm ngừng hoặc chấm dứt quyền truy cập StreetStride nếu bạn vi phạm Điều khoản, lạm dụng app, hoặc nếu chúng tôi dừng app hay một tính năng. Bạn có thể ngừng sử dụng StreetStride bất cứ lúc nào.
13. Thay đổi Điều khoản
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Điều khoản này theo thời gian. Phiên bản mới sẽ được đăng trên trang này với ngày cập nhật mới. Việc tiếp tục sử dụng StreetStride sau khi thay đổi có hiệu lực đồng nghĩa bạn chấp nhận Điều khoản mới.
14. Luật điều chỉnh
Các Điều khoản này được điều chỉnh bởi pháp luật Việt Nam, trừ khi luật bảo vệ người tiêu dùng bắt buộc tại quốc gia hoặc khu vực của bạn quy định khác.
